This service provide support to persons with building/developing the following skills in their community:

• Communication/literacy: According to each person’s preference there will be options for educational actives that will be tailored to improving communication and literacy skills.

• Independent Living: These skills will be developed through community partnerships with local community business that will offer activities that promote independent living skills.

• Social Skills: these skills will be fostered through volunteer and recreational activities.
