The agency is dedicated to training our Direct Support Staff to understand and practice person-centered approaches, ensuring that the individuals we support are empowered to choose how they want to be assisted. OUR LEADERSHIP
Our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) possesses over 15+years of experience in providing services to individuals with diverse disabilities and has held multiple positions within the disability sector. Her roles have included Direct Support Professional, Community Service Advocate, Coordinator of Community Services (CCS), and Director of Services. Through these various positions, she has acquired extensive knowledge about effectively serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Moreover, her experience has shaped her commitment to offering personalized services to those she supports and will lead the mission of Persons’ First, Inc., which focuses on providing person-centered services.
